**NEW SERIES - YOGA NIDRA (Yogic Sleep) Coming Saturdays -beginning
May 31 for 4 sessions. "The journey “in” begins here”.
Come experience the deep sleep of the Yogi.  Practiced for thousands of
years, it is a profound form of meditation, and self inquiry.  Lying down,
sitting comfortably in a chair or propped at the wall, you choose, the
technique is simply to stay “awake”, “alert”, and “aware” while sensing and
experiencing the body/mind during varying states of consciousness.  

Returning students—3 marks on class card (wait list) or  $120. for all 4 sessions in
advance - $35.00 for single sessions.    Limited to 15 students
There will be a “wait list” and you will be notified 3 days prior to first class if you
are “in”.  Pre-Registration is required.
